All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

In the event of an obvious pricing, technical, or listing error, KHASSLOG reserves the right to review and, where necessary, cancel the affected order.

3. Orders

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, email address where applicable, and delivery address.

After an order is placed, KHASSLOG may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to confirm or verify the order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, order confirmation may be required before dispatch.

KHASSLOG reserves the right to cancel or decline an order due to product unavailability, incorrect information, suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, inability to verify the order, or other legitimate reasons.

4. Payment

KHASSLOG accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, and other available payment methods.

For prepaid orders, processing will generally begin after successful payment confirmation.

For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery.

Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders or fraudulent ordering activity may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

KHASSLOG delivers orders through third-party courier and logistics providers.

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather, public holidays, high order volumes, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order will be subject to our applicable return and exchange procedures.

KHASSLOG may cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information cannot be verified, fraudulent activity is suspected, or an error prevents the order from being fulfilled.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to the KHASSLOG Refund & Exchange Policy.
