At KhaasLog, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing premium-quality Boski fabric and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unstitched.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase may be required.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
  4. Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used products
  • Stitched or altered fabric
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Exchange requests made after 7 days
  • Items without original packaging

Refund Policy

As we primarily operate through Cash on Delivery and direct payment methods, refunds are generally not offered unless:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
  • A verified issue cannot be resolved through replacement or exchange.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.


Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.
  • If the error is on our side, KhaasLog will bear the shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our exchange policy.
